Strategist and practitioner in marketing, business and sales, with over 20 years of professional experience.

In 1996-2001 she worked as the manager in client service departments in such international agencies as JWT, Ammirati Puris Lintas, Publicis. From 2001 till 2006 she was Head of Strategic Planning in G7, where she was responsible for strategic consultancy for most of agency’s brands, in such B2C industries as banking, insurance, FMCG, media, telco.

From 2007 till 2013 she worked in Polkomtel, one of the leading Polish mobile telecoms, first as Marketing Strategy Director responsible for marketing strategy and its’ implementation for mass market, then as Brand Director, responsible for brand and customer experience management.

In 2013-14 she worked in Sygnity S.A. (Polish IT sector) as Marketing Director, responsible for brand, product marketing and corporate PR.

Since 2014 she runs her own consultancy firm Go2Market Agnieszka Węglarz. She specializes in business models, segmentation, value offers and consultative sales. She cooperates mainly with companies from IT sector, she has vast experience in B2B. She runs her own consulting projects and cooperates as lecturer and expert with companies offering advanced executive education.

In 2015-2018 she was leading expert in B2B Business Development Program organized by ICAN Insitute, the creator of Harvard Business Review Poland. Since 2019 she actively cooperates with startup environment. She is the leading expert in Business Model Mastering, an international development Program organized by Google for Startups Campus in Warsaw.

She holds MA in Economics at Warsaw University, she’s graduate of scholarships at University College Galway and Sussex University in economics and business management. She is member of Employers’ Council at the Faculty of Economics, Warsaw University.
